Montrealers should appreciate MSO

I was saddened to hear of the MSO musicians' strike. I flew to Montreal on April 1 to hear one of the best Mahler Third Symphony performances ever. (I've heard this performed by the orchestras of Chicago, Cleveland and Berlin). These musicians are top-rank and the concert was well-attended and appreciated by the knowledgeable audience. My weekend was further enhanced by the people I met, and the beauty, diversity and culture of your wonderful city.
Montreal greatly deserves its marvellous orchestra. Appreciate the wonderful musicians you have, and the opportunity you have of hearing them every week, a gift others could envy.
